Privacy notice.
What this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
This website is run by Sysnaro. For anything about your personal information, email [email protected].
What this website collects
This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or tracking scripts. If you send an enquiry, we receive the details you enter: your name, company, work email address, phone number if you give one, the topic you choose and your message. With it we record when you sent it, the address of the contact page and the page that brought you there (only the website’s address, if that page is on another site).
Spam protection
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. It loads when you start filling in the form and runs a check when you send it, using technical signals from your browser and connection, such as your IP address, browser type and connection details, to tell people from automated spam. It doesn’t read what you type into the form. Cloudflare processes these signals for us, and also uses them to improve its bot detection, as its Turnstile privacy addendum explains.
Who handles it
Cloudflare hosts this website. When you send the form, our code running on Cloudflare checks it and passes it to Resend, an email delivery service, which delivers it to our inbox at Google Workspace. Resend stores data in the United States, and Cloudflare and Google may also process it there. For transfers from the UK, all three rely on the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and on standard contractual clauses.
How we use it
We use enquiry details only to reply to you and, if we go on to work together, to manage that relationship. We don’t sell them or use them for marketing. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to an enquiry you chose to send, and keeping the form free of spam.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to respond and follow up. Resend keeps its copy of each enquiry email, and the record of sending it, for up to 30 days.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected]. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
